This is the oldest cottage, probably built about 300 years ago. There is a small enclosed garden fronting the cottage. Caerfai Isaf has delightful views from all upstairs windows overlooking St Brides Bay towards Solva Harbour and Newgale Sands and westward of Grassholm and Ramsey Islands. The entire upstair ceilings of Caerfai Isaf are pine timbered.

Kitchen equipment includes electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer,

The Living room has exposed beams, one wall in the original stone and a stone fire place with a wood/coal burning grate. It also has a colour T.V., bookcase, coffee table, large settee and easy chairs.
