The Stable Lounge

The Stable housed the heavy work horses until the advent of the tractor. It faces South East and is all on one level with two small steps up to the front door. There are superb views across the coastline of St Brides Bay and of the Islands, Black and Green Scar.

The Living room has a ceiling which is open to the ridge with exposed roof trusses and pine timber cladding. Two walls are in the original stone and more stonework surrounds the multi-fuel stove on the internal wall. The room is tastefully furnished with a handmade pine Welsh dresser, a sofa, an easy chair, rocking chair, dining table with chairs and a colour T.V.
The Kitchen has fully fitted units with electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, spin drier, electric kettle and a toaster. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
The Bedroom leads off from the kitchen and has exposed beams. Two walls are of pine timber clad and one left in th original stonework. There is a 4'6" bed, two built in cupboards and a dressing table.
The Shower room has an electric shower, a wash basin, W.C., heated towel rail and shaver point.

Outside there is a private courtyard to the front of the cottage surrounded with stone walls and attractive flower borders. At the back, a small lawn and parking space for one car.
